NIC headquarters
Sustainable construction
Holistic and life cycle-oriented. For the Danish car importer Nic. Christiansen Group, RUM has designed an ultra-modern and future-proof headquarters:
A 9,550 m² headquarters with modern offices and training rooms, a bright atrium and a large showroom. One of the company‘s most important sales products is electric cars – 100 charging stations will be installed in the new parking lots.
The building will be DGNB Gold certified. This means that this new building is demonstrably sustainable.
Randi A/S, Member of ECO Schulte Group, has equipped the building with Randi Line 18® 7021.00 lever handles and our ECO Newton TS-62 door closers. This guarantees functional safety and maximum ease of access.

The architecture of the new headquarters is inspired by the company‘s old headquarters from the 1950s. The history is also continued physically: to reduce the new building‘s carbon footprint, the crushed concrete from the old building was recycled into a beautiful terrazzo floor throughout the first floor.
