The new “Soldalhus” care center will be completed to DGNB Gold Standard by 2024. It comprises 96 apartments for senior citizens with dementia, a central building and communal and service areas. 

The care center was planned by Cubo Arkitekter with a holistic approach. The result is a healthy, inclusive and climate-friendly building that will make a positive contribution to meeting selected sustainability goals (SDGs). 

Randi A/S, Member of ECO Schulte Group, equipped the building with Line 18® 7020 door handles. Also installed are our ECO Newton TS-62 door closers and our ECO ETS 42-R – the perfect swing door operators for fire protection solutions. 

Functional safety and maximum ease of access are therefore guaranteed.
