The maintenance-free alternative to the rolled door hinge is our laser-welded closed system with ball bearings.

Instead of axial bearings, the door in the OBX hinge is mounted in a closed steel sleeve on a ball that runs in an abrasion-free high-tech plastic. Instead of being cold-formed, the hinge is welded using patented laser technology and looks as if it is made from a single piece:
