As a medium-sized family business, we have grown continuously and expanded internationally since starting out in 1926. Already in its third generation now, the Schulte family has been running this company and giving ECO Schulte its special company culture.

Our particular strength lies in our connection to our homeland and being true to our roots in Menden, in the German Sauerland. However, this regional connection does not prevent ECO Schulte from operating sales and production locations worldwide. While regionally connected, we work successfully in an international environment.

ECO Schulte is pursuing an ambitious course of international growth: such growth must be double-digit and come from both organic and inorganic sources. For this reason, ECO Schulte acquired Randi A/S, a traditional Danish company, in April 2014, which is well-known for its design fittings far beyond the Danish borders. For ECO Schulte, it is a matter of course to continuously expand its market presence through product and production innovations – regionally, throughout Germany and internationally.

Our private lives, families and careers must be compatible. This is why ECO Schulte also offers part-time hours, as well as the ability to work from home. Our employees do not have to choose between family and career – they can combine both in the best possible way.

We are always looking for motivated first-time employees. At our locations in Menden and Luckenwalde, we provide training in commercial and industrial professions. Internships are also available for school pupils – they usually last 2-3 weeks and take place during holidays or at times stipulated by schools.
