Barrier-free, easy opening
Our newly developed technology with extremely high efficiency and heart-shaped cam has a strongly decreasing opening torque in accordance with DIN SPEC 1104 and ensures first-class ease of access and accessibility.
It fulfils DIN 18040 to EN 5.

Smart closing force display
Simply place our closing force tool on the edge of the body and the ball magnetically displays the current closing force value.

Close doors quietly & securely
Thanks to the flexible tuning of the valves:
1 ECO B+V Brake + Vent function (von 20°-7°)
2 Latching speed (von 7°-0°)
Der ECO TS-63 EN 1 - 6
combines almost all project requirements in one door closer

- Large closing force range EN 1 - 6
tested in accordance with DIN EN 1154
for leaf sizes up to 1400 mm - Accessibility DIN 18040 / DIN SPEC 1104
Significantly optimised opening torque thanks to intelligent heart cam technology - ECO B+V (Brake+Vent function) offers an additional adjustable closing range (from 20 - 7°) and ensures quiet yet secure closing,
e.g. against overpressure on airlock doors - SK-Tool display of closing force setting mobile application for other ECO Newton door closer
- Combination talent
Slide rails, lever, U-cover and mounting plate are standardised in the Newton system
ECO ITS-510 (1-5)
EN 5 with 32 mm
- ECO ITS-510 (1-5) according to EN 1154
- Compact design:
W/H/D = 338/45/32 mm - Leaf widths up to 1250 mm
- Leaf weights up to 150 kg
- New conical lever arm
DIN-left and DIN-right can be used - Adaptation to different
rebate dimensions (K= 8-12 / 12-16 mm) - Standard market milling dimensions facilitate installation and enable easy replacement

- IRM - both variants are available as a solution with integrated smoke detector
ECO OBX Horizon hinges
More than the EN 1935 standard
ECO OBX Horizon hinges bear the CE mark, are tested in the highest hinge class 14 and exceed the EN 1935 standard in important aspects, e.g.: The load capacity of ECO OBX Horizon hinges is up to 200 kg per hinge pair - this exceeds the maximum door mass according to the Class 7 standard by 25%.
Our patent
We use lasers to weld the most underestimated component of the door. The automated, innovative production technology enables the smallest tolerances and gap dimensions. This guarantees a lifetime of reliable function.

Permanently maintenance-free bearing
Our ECO OBX Horizon hinge sets the standard for wooden doors - with play-free, patented bearing.
- Bearing
The hinge knuckle runs on a steel ball at the top and bottom, which are beared in high-strength plastic shells. This bearing is wear-free and guarantees smooth door operation. Axial and radial forces are reliably and permanently controlled. - Pin lock unnecessary
The integrated axle is permanently mounted. A pin lock is not necessary. - Maintenance-free
Grease and oil deposits on visible parts are a thing of the past.
For extra heavy doors up to 400 kg
Everything that characterises our OBX Horizon hinges also applies to the stronger OBX-20 Horizon hinges.
And they can do even more.

Class 14 hinges are often no longer sufficient for extra-wide doors in combination with a door closer. This is because these only have a standardised load value of up to 160 kg for a door size of 1000 x 2000 mm
This is the area of application for our new OBX-20 Horizon hinges. They have been specially developed for large and heavy doors up to 400 kg - and combine strength and elegance. Despite their high load-bearing capacity, they offer a slimline look with a hinge knuckle diameter of just 20 mm, ideal for aesthetically demanding, heavy doors.
